Rate this Electric Company
I had a 170.00 electric bill during the Christmas holiday. The only problem is I wasn't even at my place for 2 1/2 weeks of that billing cycle because I traveled. I called to complain and all they kept telling me is that their rates are the cheapest in the city. I also moved from one apartment to another and unknowingly when I transfered to another place they stated that that automatically meant that I signed a year contract with them because I was moving to another place. I had no idea that I was even on a contract. Horrible because I am one person in a small apartment with a high a.. light bill. Don't switch to this company.
