I signed up for Texas Power thinking the rate was good but they raised it up on me and it ended up being worse then several other electric providers who had quoted me in the beginning. It looks like the rate they are offering is a variable changeable rate and what I was quoted by some of the other companies were fixed electric rate prices. Well I now know for next time to go for a fixed rate.
